Cost Justification of Refurbishment/Expansion Projects
Application of Local, State, Regional, and North American Standards and Codes into Equipment
Risk Assessment Development for North American Stamping Equipment
Procurement of North American Supplied Equipment
Project Planning and Schedule Management for Plant Installations
Cost Planning and Budget Management
Installation Resources Management and Risk Assessment
Interface with Contractors / Skilled Trades, Affiliate Companies, Engineers and Equipment Manufacturers
Tryout leader for New Model Part Tryouts for Press and Hemming Operations
Review part quality and compile and distribute detailed tryout reports
Required Qualifications/ Skills:
Level of Experience 5-10 years
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience with equipment design engineering reviews
Automotive or automotive supplier experience
Interest in “Hands-On” Engineering
AutoCAD/Microsoft Office
Automotive/Automotive Supplier Experience
Additional Desired:
Production System Knowledge
Stamping Press and/or Automation Equipment Knowledge
Project Management experience
Education Level: BS

Amount of Travel: 10-40%
