Description of Responsibilities:
Member of Plastics CAE Group
Main responsibilities will be meshing parts and running rigidity and gravity CAE in Abaqus and
running injection mold filling CAE
Responsible for creating reports, presenting reports to other engineers and management.
Responsible for comparing CAE results by traveling to manufacturing facilities and performing correlation
studies
Required qualifications/ Skills:
5+ years’ experience
Computer skills with efficiency in Excel
Must have prior experience in Computer Aided Engineering
Experience with FEA is preferable for this position
Prior experience with Abaqus and injection mold filling CAE is recommended
Education Level: BS
Major: Mechanical / Plastics Engineering
Amount of Travel: <5%
