Description of Responsibilities:
Lead model change spare part setup project (multi manufacturing plant/vehicle project)
Lead dev of machine APL – Single shop/all asset types
Lead- dev of asset classifications (all assets/all plants/single shop)
Lead Maximo list load for new model part ties (all lists/PRJ)
Lead dept. Annual prioritize/Lead daily NIR, OBDL, Repair, emerg. Order investigations (single shop)
Support new plant: staff process training and parts project management
Qualifications/ Skills:
Required:
5+ years’ experience
BS in engineering or maintenance field with 8+ years manufacturing experience
MS Excel (expert level)
Auto CAD (1+ year operator experience)
Machine & parts procurement knowledge in manufacturing environment (6+ years’ experience)
3+ year project management experience
New model advance planning/pilot experience (5+ years)
Desired:
Spare Parts offer experience (5+ years) preferred
