Document Control / Admin Support
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin will report directly to the North America Construction /conveyor project manager
Daily tracking of on-site construction contractor manpower and hours
Daily tracking of on-site construction equipment and material
Coordination with plant security and MSE/Expediters for construction delivery access papers
Weekly tracking of contractor travel expenses and material shipment costs
Daily organization and filing for JSA’s and Stop audit reports
Kanban filing and distribution
Daily management of shuttle transit list for project team
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Required:
5+ years’ experience
Basic understanding of construction processes and equipment
Ability to work weekends, holidays, off shift and overtime
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle medium to heavy physical work
Ability to think critically and solve problems by involving group members
Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems, implement countermeasures
Ability to maintain high level of organization in managing multiple projects
Spanish language ability
Additional Desired:
Previous automotive industry experience
Background in Accounting
Education Level:
Associates of equivalent
Amount of Travel:
